Hope and I got to know when she did homecare for my dad and aunt. It was evident that she really cared for them. Since I live in California she became my representative when the time came for them to move out of their house in Northampton and eventually go to Mahoning nursing home. She welcomed me to her home when I visited. She didn't stop there, she personally checked on their welfare and gave me updates and, when the time came, arranged for their funerals at Andrew Ovsak Funeral Home. We continued into a lasting friendship.
I will miss her laugh and that mischevious smile. She always was on the go. The last I saw her was a few years ago when I came back there. I have many good memories of her. I wish Ron, Scott and family the best during this hard time.

Aunt Hope was an extraordinary person, lucky to have her in my life over the past 31 years. She went above and beyond to make sure you were happy and comfortable, even if it meant she didn't take care of herself in the process. I will always be so grateful to her for so many things she did for me throughout my life. This is a tough one for me Aunt Hope....it doesn't seem real yet. I am going to miss you so so much!!!!!! I love you! 💕
