Mrs. Ollie Mae (Baker) Colaviti

Mrs. Ollie Mae Colaviti, 86, formerly of S. 1st St., Lehighton, passed away Wednesday, March 8th at The Mahoning Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Louis Colaviti who died Aug. 18th, 1993. Born in Brunswick County, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Joseph & Dessie Mae (Ecks) Baker. She was a housewife/homemaker attending to her loving families endeavors. She attended Mass at SS Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church, Lehighton, Pa. In addition to taking care of her family, she loved to cook, sew, & garden. Surviving is a daughter, Linda, wife of James Stuckley of Lehighton, 4 sons, Robert of Bend, Oregon, William, George, & his wife Carol, Louis & his wife Hayde of Lehighton, Pa., a twin brother, John C. Baker of Greenville, North Carolina, 3 grandchildren, Justin, Tony, Jillian, a great grandchild, Blake, nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by  4 sisters, Peggy Bones, Helen Powell,Ada Rogerson, Maggie Harris, & 4 brothers, Willy Ray, Julian, David Lee, & Pete Baker. A Celebration of Life Service in her honor will be held on Monday, March 13th at 10 a.m. at The Ovsak FH, 190 S. 4th St., Lehighton, Pa. with the Reverend Michael E. Ahrensfield officiating. Call 9-10 a.m. on Monday.  The interment is private.
