Mr. Vincent C. “Bud” Crostley, 77, of Mahoning Valley, Pa. passed into eternal rest on Monday, January 11th at The Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Wanda K. (Cunfer) Crostley. They were married for 25 years last September 23rd, 2020. Born in Packerton, Pa. on Wednesday, February 10th, 1943, he was a son of the late William W. & Elsie Mae (Hartman) Crostley. “Bud” was a graduate of the former Packerton High School, Class of 1960. He furthered his education and was a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens Trade School. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a diesel mechanic for East Penn Trucking, Ashfield, Pa. “Bud” was a very active member of Dinkey Memorial Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ashfield, Pa. where he served on the church council, & the property & fund raising committees. He was a member of Beaver Run Rod & Gun Club and volunteered with Diakon & Care Share. He enjoyed motorcycle cruises, vacationing, and spending time with his loving wife, family, friends, & his beloved cats. Surviving in addition to his wife Wanda is a daughter Kimberly A. Crostley & her fiancé, Randy Zeigler of Camp Hill, Pa. a sister, JoAnn, wife of Barry Eckman of Lehighton, a brother, William Crostley, & his wife Susan of Lehighton, and in laws, Dennis Cunfer & his wife Deanna, & Bart Cunfer, nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter Ann Louise Crostley. A Celebration Of Life memorial service in his honor will be held on Sat. Jan. 23rd at 11 a.m. at Dinkey Memorial Lutheran Church, 1742 Dinkey Road, Ashfield, Pa. with the Reverend Anthony P. Pagotto officiating. Call 10-11 a.m. Please adhere to COVID19 social distancing.
