Rosemary Dugan

Rosemary Dugan, 80, of Lehighton passed away on Friday, Oct. 31st at Lehigh Valley Hospice, Lehighton, Pa. She was a daughter of the late Clarence (Jimmy) & Helen (Nellie) Dugan. Born in Allentown she attended SS Peter & Paul Parochial School & graduated from Lehighton High School. After high school graduation, she worked in the garment industry. In her early years, she enjoyed riding around in her little red convertible sports car until her disability. Her son Shawn & her car were her pride & joy. She was predeceased by her parents & 2 brothers, Raymond & Hugh Dugan, a brother in law, Joseph J. Tibensky, & a sister in law Margaret Dugan. She is survived by a son, Shawn, a sister, Kathleen Tibensky, & a sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Dugan. Also she leaves behind nieces & nephews: Kelly Knappenberger (Chris), Kathleen Holland (Tony), Joseph Tibensky Jr., Mary Figura ( Dave), Colleen Weber (Joe), Katy McArdle (Jeff), Hugh Dugan Jr., Caitlin Dugan, Jen Simons, & Ryan Dugan (Nicki Scheitrum). We wish to thank In Home Referals & Caregivers of America for their excellent coverage & care over the last couple years. Also the Lehighton Ambulance Assn. for their numerous trips to the hospital. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, Nov. 6th at SS Peter & Paul RC Church. 260 N. 3rd St., Lehighton with the Rev. Christopher M. Zelonis & Deacon Joseph C. Wilhelm Jr. officiating. Call 10-11 a.m. in the church.
