Richard A. Serfass 70, of Union Hill, Pa. passed into eternal rest on Thursday, 8th, 2022. Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, December 15th at 2 p.m. at The Andrew P. Ovsak Funeral Home, 190 South 4th Street, Lehighton with SALM Emma Weaver officiating. Call 1-2 p.m. on Thursday. The Interment will be private.
