Mrs. Sharon D. Ketchledge, 81, of Mahoning Valley, Pa. passed into eternal rest on Wed. Nov. 12th at the Lehigh Valley Hospital Carbon. She was the wife of the late Richard Ketchledge who passed away in 2016. Born in Lehighton Pa. on March 2nd, 1944 she was a daughter of the late Leighton & Blanche (Jenne) Grow. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as an LPN for Gnaden Huetten Hospital for over 33 years working in the operation and emergency rooms. She was of the protestant faith. Sharon was an active member of the Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxilliary and volunteered her time with the Mahoning Township Lions Club. Surviving is a daughter, Jessie Smith of Bradford County, a sister, Patty Wentz (Scott) of Parryville, a brother, Ron Grow of Mahoning Valley, a nephew, Ren Wentz (Kristin) of Jamestown, & a granddaughter, Carey Hartranft. She was predeceased by a son Jeffrey Smith, a daughter, Stacy Smith, & a grandson Matthew Hartranft. Services & Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
