Mrs. Sarah Betty Kripper, 91, of Lehighton, entered into eternal rest Saturday, February 26, 2022 in The Summit at Blue Mountain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Lehighton. She was the wife of the late Joseph G. Kripper Jr. who passed away September 30, 2006. Born in Lehighton, she was the a daughter of the late George and Anna (Radick) Kobal. She was housewife. She was also of the Episcopalian Faith.
Surviving are daughters Trudy A. wife of David Hall Sr. of Kunkletown, Susan L. Sharp of Lehighton, and Jo Ann M. Kripper of Southington Conn., a brother Charles Kobal husband of Pat of Danielsville; grandchildren David, Betty Jean, and Jill; great grandchildren Garrett, Gretchen, Carley, and Brynn; and many nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by sisters Rose Ann Kraus, Mary Aganastou, Sandy Schaeffer, Anna Szoke and brothers John, James (Jake), and George Kobal.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday , March 3rd 2022 at 11:00 A.M. in the Andrew P. Ovsak Funeral Home, 190 S. 4th St. Lehighton, PA with Rev. Cliff Eckhart officiating. Call 9:30 a.m.-11 a.m. Thursday. Interment will be held in the Lehighton Cemetery. Donations will be accepted in her name to Carbon County Friends of Animals 77 W. 13th St., Jim Thorpe, Pa. 18229.
