Mrs. Mary Jeanne (Molignoni) Davis

Mrs. Mary Jeanne Davis, 71, of Lehighton, Pa. passed into eternal rest on Monday Jan. 18th at The Hospice House of the VNA, Bethlehem, Pa. She was the wife of John E. Davis of Lehighton. They were married for 45 years last Oct. 29th, 2020. Born Tuesday, July 5th, 1949, in Manhattan, New York, she was a daughter of the late Frank & Pauline (Kurelko) Molignoni.  Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a bookkeeper in the restaurant industry. Mary was a devout and active member of SS Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church, Lehighton where she served with the Altar & Rosary Society and volunteered her time with the parish cleaning crew. A selfless person, she devoted her whole life to her loving husband and family, supporting their endeavors. She enjoyed traveling the world and taking cruises. Surviving in addition to her husband is a daughter, Janine, wife of Kevin Klotz of Kresgeville, 2 sons, Matthew Davis & his wife Jeanne, of Saratoga Springs, NY, John Davis & his wife Wendy, of Lehighton, 2 sisters, Diane, wife of Joseph Sheridan of Watkins Glen, NY, Nancy, wife of Graham Ledger of N. Carolina, 7 grandchildren, Jose, Crystal, Elijah, Zachary, Matthias, Lilly, Aurora, nieces & nephews. A public graveside service in her honor will be held on Friday, Jan. 22nd at 10 a.m. in SS Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery, North 4th Street, Lehighton, Pa. with the Reverend Christopher M.
