Mrs. Madeline M. (Lynn) Dietz

Mrs. Madeline M. Dietz, 89, of Lehighton, Pa. passed into eternal rest on Monday, Nov. 17th at The Mahoning Post Acute Nursing & Rehab Ctr. She was the wife of the late Blaine C. "Peanuts" Dietz Sr. Prior to her retirement she worked in the garment industry, the Lehighton High School cafeteria, and as a crossing guard in the Lehighton Borough. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lehighton, & was a former member of The Lehighton Women's Club. Madeline was a family oriented person who loved spending time with her granddaughter Shelby and taking trips to the casino. She is survived by 2 sons, Blaine C. Dietz Jr. (Wanda) of Lehighton, Gary A. Dietz (Nancy) of Palmerton, a sister, Patricia A. Kunkle of Lehighton, her granddaughter Shelby Dietz, Nieces & Nephews. Funeral Services & Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial Contributions in her honor may be made to a charity of one's choice.
