Mrs. Linda S. Christman, 68, of Lehighton, Pa. passed into eternal rest on Friday, July 30th at The Hospice House of The VNA of St. Luke’s , Bethlehem, Pa. She was the wife of Russell R. Christman of Lehighton. They were married for 45 years last Sept. 20th,2020. Born in Tucson, Arizona on April 3rd, 1953, she was a daughter of the late Stephen & Hilda (Conrad) Karlowitch. She was a graduate of Notre Dame High School and The Pittsburgh Art Institute. Prior to her retirement in 2018, she was employed as a floral designer for AC Moore. She was of the Roman Catholic Faith. Linda was an avid hunter/outdoors enthusiast. She enjoyed hunting pheasant & deer with her loving husband Russell and was a member of the Western Pocono Sportsman’s Association. Surviving in addition to her husband are 2 sons, Stephen E. Christman & his wife Tanya of Florida, Josh F. Christman of Lehighton, 3 sisters, Stephanie Young of Nazareth, Kathy Hagemes of Nazareth, Heidi, wife of JR Valle of Florida, a brother, John Karlowitch of Nazareth, a grandson, Zachary & a granddaughter, Abby, nieces & nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, Aug.4th at 6 p.m. at at The Ovsak FH, 190 S. 4th St., Lehighton with the Joseph C. Wilhelm Jr. officiating. Call 4-6 p.m. on Wed.. Private Interment.
