Mrs. Faye A. (Fritzinger) Koch

Mrs. Faye A. Koch, 86, of Lehighton Pa. passed into eternal rest on Friday, Dec. 1st at St. Luke's Hospital-Franklin. She was the wife of Richard A. Koch. They were married for 67 years this past March 24th, 2023. Born in Allentown Pa. on Wed. Dec. 2nd, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Louis & Louise (Arner) Fritzinger. She along with her husband was a co-owner of Koch's Appliances in Lehighton and was still actively working at the family business. She was a former member of Zion UCC and participated in the Lehighton Sr. Olympics and was an avid bowler. She and her husband were very active with the Lehighton Area High School Class of 1954 reunions. She enjoyed playing cards with her many family friends in the Lehighton Area, and loved her family, history, antiques and taking care of her residence. Surviving in addition to her husband are 2 sons, Kevin L. Koch (Sandra) of Lake Hauto, Timothy S. Koch (Lucinda) of Penn Forest Streams, 2 sisters, Louann Fenstermacher (Dale), of Lehighton, Yvonne Transue of Bath, Pa., 2 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
