On Wednesday October 4 Elinor M. Klotz sat down in her rocker and passed peacefully from this life. she had recently celebrated her 93rd birthday. She was the widow of Richard E. Klotz.
She is survived by her daughter Judith, wife of James Walck, of Drums PA and her son Clifford and wife Brenda Klotz of Lehighton, and daughter-in-law Donna Klotz of Lehighton. She is also survived by three grandchildren and two step-granddaughters. Deanna (Klotz) Mehlig and
her husband Kenneth of Weatherly; Kathryn (Walck)) O'Leary and husband Brendan of Harrisburg; and Eric Klotz and his wife Alicia(Blose) of Lehighton; Tonya (Kincaid) wife of Eddie Thel of Louisiana, and Amanda (Kincaid) and her husband Vinny Citro of Lehighton.
Also surviving are seven grandchildren and two step grandchildren. Dakota, Kelsey, and Kymber Mehlig, William and Peter O'Leary, Eddie Rhel Jr., and Ryder Citro.
Also surviving are two sisters-in-law, a brother-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces ad nephews.
She was born in Mauch Chunk and was the daughter of the late Harriet(Newton) and Edward Crilley.
She was predeceased by her husband Richard and three sons; Richard Jr., Mark, and recently Kenneth. Also six brothers and a sister.
She graduated from Mauch Chunk High School and worked for Scotties And Rosal Fashions.
She loved her family, reading, gardening and had done American Basset Field Trials for many years.
