Mrs. Eileen C. (Kusko) Sharbaugh

Mrs. Eileen C. Sharbaugh, 87, of Lehighton, passed into eternal rest on Sunday, June 28th at Greenwood Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, Hometown, Pa. She was the wife of the late Dervin R. "Derv" Sharbaugh who passed away March 19, 2022. Born in Lehighton, Pa. on Nov. 14, 1938, she was a daughter of the late John & Josephine (Greenamoyer) Kusko.She was a St. Luke's Hospital School of Nursing graduate (Bethlehem) and earned a BA in Nursing as well. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a school nurse for the Lehighton Area School District. She previously worked in the same capacity at The Gnaden Huetten Hospital for many years. Surviving are two sons, John Sharbaugh of Lehighton, Jay Sharbaugh (Cherie) of Manville NJ, a sister Mary Ann Sharbaugh, 2 grandchildren, John & Emily, nieces & nephews. Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
