Mrs. Barbara A. (Muthard) Moyer

Mrs. Barbara A. Moyer, 78, of Lehighton, Pa. passed into eternal rest on Thursday, May 13th at The Mahoning Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was the widow of the late Oscar G. “Ossie” Moyer who died on Sept. 22nd, 2013. Born in East Penn Township on Monday, July 6th, 1942, she was a daughter of the late Walter F. & Myrtle (Rehrig) Muthard. Prior to her retirement, she was employed in the laundry department at Mahoning Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for many years. She was of the Lutheran Faith. Surviving is a sister, Nancy Muthard  of East Penn Township, 5 brothers, Walter, Howard & David Muthard of East Penn Township, Stanley Muthard of Virginia, Ronald Muthard & his wife Connie of Palmerton, nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Paul Muthard Sr. in 2009. Funeral Services & Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
