Obituary
Mr. Terry R. Smith, 67 of, Allentown, Pa., formerly of East Penn Township, passed into eternal rest on Monday, December 19th at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. Born on Sunday, March 6, 1955, he was a son of the late Harley & Myrtle (Reinsmith) Smith. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a factory worker in the garment/textile industry for Pam’s & Tom’s Sportswear. He attended church services at Ben Salem UCC, and enjoyed car shows, Nascar, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles football team. Surviving is a son, Terry R. Smith of South Carolina, 3 sisters, Dorothy Highland, Ruth Recica of Lehighton, Sarah, wife of John Burda, of Forest Inn, 2 brothers, Robert L. Smith of Lehighton, Clarence Smith & his wife Joan of Scranton, nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Elda Green, and two brothers, David M. Smith & Harley “Sonny” Smith Jr. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 29th at 10 a.m. in the Ben Salem Cemetery, 1749 Church Hill Road, Lehighton.
