Mr. Robert D. "Skinner" Rex

Mr. Robert D. “Skinner” Rex, 64, of Lehighton, passed into eternal rest on Monday Sept. 5th at St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem, Pa. Born in Lehighton, Pa. on Wed. Sept. 11, 1957, he was a son of the late Franklin H. & Hedwig M. (Fasching) Rex. He was currently employed at Deka Batteries in the production department. Bobby was a member of Lehigh Fire Co. #1 and enjoyed shooting pool and bowling. Surviving is a son Shane R. Rex of Allentown, a daughter, Holly Rex, 5 sisters, Diana Feeney ( Joe), Susan Rex, Mary Ann Minnich (Michael), Karen Williams (Howard), Lori Schafer (Harold),a brother, James Rex (Diane), 3 grandchildren, nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter Heather Ann, a sister, Carol Brennan, & a brother, Franklin J.  Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
