Paul D. Wallace Sr., 81, of Andreas entered into eternal rest on Friday, February 2, 2024. He was a beloved Husband, Father, and Grandfather, and he was most commonly known as "Wally" to his family and friends.
Wally was born May 30, 1942, in Palmerton. He was the son of the late Ira and Lottie (Sowers) Wallace.
Wally is survived by his wife Marlene, they celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary on September 30, 2023. He is also survived by son Ricky and wife Lisa, son Wayne, son David and wife Karen, twin grandsons KC and Dylan all of Lehighton. Also survived by granddaughters Jenny, Jade and husband Allen Lohr and great grandson AJ of Johnstown, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by son Paul Jr.,
brothers Wayne and Lloyd, sisters Mary and Shirley.
Wally retired from Nestle in 2003 where he was employed for 42 years. He was active in youth sports and coached football for many years. He was also an avid Eagles and Phillies fan. He was known for his sense of humor and ability to make anyone laugh. He enjoyed spending time with his family and vacationing in Ocean City, MD. One of his greatest joys was every second he spent with his grandsons KC and Dylan, they were his joy, and he was so proud of them.
Private services at the discretion of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in his name to Mahoning Valley Ambulance Association, 902 Mill Rd., Lehighton, Pa 18235.
