Mr. Michael A. Guy Jr.

Mr. Michael A. Guy Jr., 72, of Mahoning Township, passed into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 13th at St. Luke’s Hospital, Lehighton, Pa. He was the husband of Sandra E. (Leaser) Guy. They were married for 35 years on August 1st of last year 2020. He served our country with the US Navy in Viet Nam during the Viet Nam War attaining the rank of  FN earning the Viet Nam Service & Campaign medals. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a tool & die maker, worked as a Snap-On tool dealer and most recently assisted his wife with the family business, Rainbow’s End Gift Shop, Jim Thorpe, Pa. He was of the Catholic Faith. Michael held a membership with The Lehighton American Legion Post 314. He enjoyed music, vacationing, and spending time with his loving wife and family. In addition to his wife is a daughter, Sherry, wife of Michael Smalley of East Penn Township, a sister, Carol, wife of Jack Kupcha of California, grandchildren, Samantha, Kacie, 2 nieces, & 1 nephew. Funeral Services & Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial Contributions in his honor may be made to a charity of choice.
