Mr. Howard J. Fronheiser, 67, of Towamensing Township, Pa. passed away Wednesday, March 29th at St. Luke’s Hospital-Carbon. He was the husband of Roxanne R. (Redline) Fronheiser. They were married for 26 years last June 8th, 2022. Born in Lehighton on Sunday, Aug. 7, 1955, he was a son of Doris (Gilbert) Fronheiser of Weatherly & the late Raymond Fronheiser. He was most recently employed part-time at Lowes as a store worker and previously worked as a Truckdriver/Yard jockey at New England Motor Freight of Mahoning Valley with over 25 years of service. Howard was a 1973 graduate of The Lehighton Area High School where he played football and wrestled. He was currently a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Jim Thorpe and held Life membership’s at Lehigh Fire Co.#1, and the Beaver Run Rod & Gun Club. Surviving in addition to his wife and mother is a sister, Donna, wife of Robert Hall of Mahoning Valley & a niece Stacy. He was preceded in death last year by a brother, Allan Fronheiser. A Celebration Of Life Memorial Service in his honor will be held on Tuesday, April 4th at 11 a.m. at The Ovsak FH, 190 S. 4th St., Lehighton with the Rev. Anthony P. Pagotto officiating. Call 9:30-11 a.m. The interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
