Mr. Dennis W. Schaeffer

Mr. Dennis W. Schaeffer, 72, of Franklin Township, Pa., passed into eternal rest on Wed. Oct. 16th at St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown, Pa. He was the husband of Marsha E. (Andrew) Schaeffer for 10 years this past April 5th, 2024. Born in Lehighton, Pa. on April 21, 1952, he was the son of the late Charles & Pearl (Caffrey) Schaeffer. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a road crewman for Franklin Township. He was of the Lutheran Faith. Surviving in addition to his wife are 2 sons, Matthew Schaeffer (Maria), Nicholas Schaeffer, a daughter Connie Schaeffer & her companion Jim of Lehighton, 5 grandchildren, step-son Gary Kleppinger of N. Carolina, step-daughter, Beth Marsteller of Palmerton, & 3 step-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Online condolences can be offered at www.ovsakfh.com
