LaMar W.J. Haupt

Mr. LaMar W. J. Haupt, 79, of Franklin Township, Pa. passed into eternal rest on Thursday, April 21st at his residence. He was the husband of Maryann (Blose) Haupt. They were married for 36 years last Aug. 23rd. Born in Lehighton, Pa. on Saturday, April 3rd, 1943 he was a son of the late Ferdinand N. & Marguerite E. (Freeby) Haupt. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a special cable fabricator and aircraft carrier cable technician at Nelson Wire/Cable, Hatfield, Pa. He was of the protestant faith. LaMar was a great husband, father, brother, & grandfather. He enjoyed fishing and traveling to Canada with his wife & family, and tinkering about at his residence. Surviving in addition to his wife are 3 sons, Kevin, Todd & his wife Heather, David and his fiancé, Alison, a brother, The Reverend Stanley R. Haupt, 5 grandchildren. He was predeceased by an infant brother Gene Vincent Haupt. Funeral Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
