John Francis Kattner

John Francis Kattner, 57, of Penn Forest Township, Pa. passed away, Monday, Feb. 1st at his residence. He was the husband of Tecki Sue (Marason) Kattner. They were married for 4 years last Xmas Eve. 2020. Born in Palmerton, Pa. on Sunday, Oct. 6, 1963, he was a son of the late William & Rose Marie (Farrell) Kattner Jr. He was currently employed by Penn Dot as a maintenance technician. John attended Mass at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Jim Thorpe, Pa. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting big & small game, fishing, shooting pool, & playing shuffle alley. Surviving in addition to his wife is a son, William Huxel of Easton, a sister, Kathleen Ann Kattner of Jim Thorpe, , 2 brothers, William J. Kattner & his wife Tanya of Kansas City Mos., Daniel F. Kattner & his wife Anjanette of Jim Thorpe, In-laws, Roger & Dolores Marason of Hazleton, a close nephew, William J. Kattner Jr. & his wife Rachael of Minersville, Pa. , & other nieces & nephews. Funeral Services & Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial Contributions in his honor may be made to a charity of choice.
