Edward Bruce Deibert, 63, of Mahoning Twp. entered into eternal rest Wednesday, June 18, 2025 in his residence. Born in Lehighton, he was a son of Margaret A. “Peg” (Mriss) Deibert of Lehighton and the late Bruce L. “Reds” Deibert. He was employed as a laborer for several asbestos company throughout the aera. He was of the catholic faith. He was a graduate of Lehighton High School Class of 1980. Eddie enjoyed tinkering in the garage, collecting antiques and listening to the Rolling Stones.

Surviving along with his mother Peg are a daughter Maggie Deibert of Fountain Hill, PA; a brother Bruce Deibert of Lehighton; a grandson Romeo Torres; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by Stephen Mriss.

A Memorial Graveside Service will be held Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. in SS. Peter and Paul’s Catholic Cemetery, North 4th St. Lehighton, PA 18235 with SALM Emma Weaver officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted in his name to the Carbon County Animal Shelter, 63 Broad St. Nesquehoning, PA 18232. The Andrew P.
