Dawn L. Markley, 54, of Lehighton, Pa. passed into eternal rest on Easter Sunday, April 4th in Lehighton, Pa. Born in Lehighton on Wednesday, April 13th, 1966, she was a daughter of the late Robert Bonetsky and Gladys V.R. (Frohnheiser) Everett. Dawn worked in the Food & Beverage Industry as a waitress. She was of the Lutheran faith and formerly attended church services at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lehighton, Pa. Dawn held social memberships at The Lehighton Orioles Nest #183 & The Lehighton American Legion Post #314. She loved her immediate family and her life was devoted to her grandchildren, Maci, Grant, & Ryver. Surviving is a daughter, Molly, wife of Zachary Hunter of Franklin Township, a son Matthew Markley of Lehighton, a sister, Kelly, wife of Greg Rehrig of East Penn Township, 2 brothers, Duane Bonetsky, Robert Bonetsky Jr. of Lehighton, 3 grandchildren, Maci & Grant Hunter, Ryver Markley, nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Ogg, & 2 brothers, Malcolm “Chipper” Frohnheiser, & James “Bomba” Mertz. A Celebration of Life Service in her honor will be held on Friday, April 9th at 11 a.m. at The Ovsak FH, 190 S. 4th St., Lehighton with the Rev. Anthony P. Pagotto officiating. Call 9-11 a.m. at the funeral home. Please adhere to COVID 19 restrictions and social distancing. Face masks are mandatory. Relatives and friends are also welcome to attend the graveside committal service at 12 noon-12:15 p.m. in Dinkey Memorial Cemetery, Dinkey Road, Ashfield, Pa. Please limit your time during the visitation so others attending will have adequate time to convey their sympathies to the family as well.
