Auralee E. (Zellner) Applegate

Auralee E. Applegate, 64, of Lansford, Pa. passed into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at The Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest. Born in Lehighton, Pa. on Monday July 20, 1959, she was a daughter of the late Charles & Michele (Bench) Zellner. Prior to retirement, she was employed as a garment worker in the garment/textile industry .She was of the Lutheran faith. In her spare time she could be found enjoying BINGO at the Lansford Midrise and was especially fond of going to the beach, especially Ocean City Maryland. Surviving are 2 daughters, Lea M. wife of Jamie Rehrig of Lansford, Jamie, wife of Paul Sutt of Whitehouse, NJ, a son, Jason Applegate & his wife Sarah of Summit Hill, a sister, Lisa Pacheo of Lansford, 2 brothers, Martin Zellner of Tamaqua, Charles Zellner Jr. (address unknown) 1 grandson, Jerricho Applegate, nieces & nephews. A Memorial Celebration Of Life service in her honor will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 26th at The Ovsak Funeral Home, 190 South 4th St., Lehighton with SALM Weaver officiating.
