Ann Marie Kelowitz, 66, of Franklin Township, Pa. passed into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 7th at her residence. She was the companion of Carl E. Barry. Born in Lehighton on Friday, December 3rd, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Edward J. & Betty L. (Haman) Kelowitz. Ann was a 1972 graduate of the Lehighton Area High School. Prior to retiring, she was employed at The Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital, Lehighton, in the patient information services department. She was of the Roman Catholic Faith and enjoyed drawing & painting in her spare time. Surviving in addition to her significant other, Carl, is a sister, Kathleen Farrell of Jim Thorpe, Pa., a brother, Michael Kelowitz of Penn Forest Township, Pa. nieces & nephews. A graveside Memorial/Celebration of Life service in her honor will be held on Friday, Sept. 10th at 10 a.m. in SS Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery, North 4th St. Lehighton with the Reverend Tim Hasenecz officiating.
