Vincent A. Frey

Mr. Vincent A. Frey, 71, of Nis Hollow, Pa. passed away, Tuesday, December 4th at The Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. Born in Lehighton, Pa. on Saturday, March 15th, 1947, he was a son of the late Sterling S.O. & Margaret J. (Bauer) Frey Sr. He served our country with the United States Army in Viet Nam attaining the rank of SPEC-4. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a truck driver for Ryder Logistics. He was of the Christian faith. Vince held memberships at The Lehighton American Legion Shoemaker-Haydt Post 314 and its Viet Nam War Last Man’s Club, The Lehighton Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 256 where he served as post commander in 2003, 2004, & 2005, The East Penn Sporting Club, The Andreas Sporting Club, & The Beaver Run Rod & Gun Club.   Surviving are 4 sons, Vincent A. Frey Jr. of Florida, Troy D. Frey & his wife Cindy of Ashfield, David T. Frey & his wife Athena of Lehighton, Michael F. Frey of Lehighton,  a sister, Marge Brusko of Florida, 2 brothers, Francis Frey & his wife Jane of Bethlehem, Sterling Frey Jr. & his wife Jackie of Florida, 5 grandchildren, nieces & nephews. A Graveside Celebration Of Life Service will be held on Saturday, December 15th at 10 a.m.in The Dinkey Memorial Cemetery, Ashfield, Pa. with the Reverend Anthony P. Pagotto officiating followed by Full Military Honors under the direction of The Viet Nam Veterans Of Carbon County.
