Mrs. Mary I. (Vaccaro) Hreczulewycz

Mrs. Mary I. Hreczulewycz, 99, formerly of Lehighton, passed away Saturday June 16th in East Allen Township, Bethlehem, Pa. She was the wife of the late Demetro Hreczulewycz and the late Joseph S. Trinkle. Born in New Columbus, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Charles & Mary (Cerimele) Vaccaro. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a sewing machine operator for the former Scotty’s Fashions of Lehighton. She was a member of SS Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church, Lehighton where she served on the church cleaning crew and held a membership with the SS Peter & Paul Altar & Rosary Society. Surviving is a daughter, Janet, wife of Michael Pfingstl of Arizona, 3 sons, Charles Trinkle & his wife Gertrude of Bethlehem, Joseph Trinkle & his wife Carol of Bowmanstown, Donato Trinkle & his companion Barbara Keinert of Bethlehem, a daughter in law, Bonnie Trinkle of Lehighton,14 grandchildren & many great-grandchildren &  many great-great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.  She was predeceased by a son, Steve Trinkle, 3 sisters, Mildred Prosperi, Palma Giglotti, Angelina Farole, & 6 brothers, Guido, Morris, Anthony, Pasquale, Daniel & Michael Vaccaro. Prayers will be held on Thursday, June 21st at 9:30 a.m. at the Ovsak FH, 190 S. 4th St. with Deacon Joseph C. Wilhelm Jr. officiating followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at SS Peter & Paul RC Church, 242 N. 3rd St., Lehighton with the Reverend Michael E. Ahrensfield officiating. Call Wednesday evening, June 20th from 6-8 p.m. and 8:30-9:30 a.m. Thursday June 21st at the funeral home. Rosary recitation 8:30 a.m. on Thursday. Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, New Columbus.
