Mrs. Dawn M. Day, 78, of Lehighton, passed away Wednesday, March 21st at St. Luke’s Hospital, Coaldale, Pa.. She was the wife of the late Lawrence C. Day Sr. Born in Danville, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Malvin Sr. & Margaret (Bower) Shultz. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant at Westminster Village, Allentown, Pa. Surviving are 2 sons, Lester C. Day & his wife Kathleen of Allentown, Pa., Lawrence C. Day Jr. & his wife Leah of Lehighton, 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter Jodi Graver, 2 sisters Mary Shultz, Glovine “Honey” Shultz & 2 brothers, Harold & Malvin Shultz Jr. Funeral Services & Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
