Mr. Raymond A. Moser

Mr. Raymond A. Moser Jr. 60,of (Packerton) Lehighton Pa. passed away Friday, February 2, at The Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Susan L. (Harmadi) Moser. They were married for 39 years last March 11, 2017. Born in Lehighton, he was the son of the late Raymond D. & Dorothy (Hartranft) Moser Sr. Raymond was currently employed as a machinist at KME/REV Group, Nesquehoning, Pa. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Packerton and formerly held a membership at Beaver Run Rod & Gun Club. Raymond cherished the time spent with his loving family, especially his grandchildren with whom he had a close & special bond. His great passion was his love for his dogs and grand-dogs and he spent many years walking side by side with them up on Flagstaff. Surviving in addition to his wife are 2 daughters, Jill, wife of Chad Ahner of Weatherly Pa., Jaime Moser & her companion, Dan McAndrew of Summit Hill, Pa., 2 sisters, Linda Guy & her companion Richard Breidegam of Lehighton, Vicki  wife of Clair Ruth of Lehighton, 3 grandchildren, Tra Ahner, Alyssa Ahner, & Leah Anthony. He was predeceased by a sister, Sandra Ebert. A Celebration Of Life Service in his honor will be held on Saturday, February 10th at 11 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, Pine St. (Packerton) Lehighton with SALM Emma Weaver officiating, call 10-11 a.m. Sat in the church. The interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial Contributions in his honor may be made to The Carbon County Animal Shelter, 63 Broad St., Nesquehoning, Pa. 18240.
