Jodee (Gomez) Cutola

Mrs. Jodee Cutola, 91, of Franklin Township, passed into eternal rest on Wednesday evening, September 19th at Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, Schuylkill Haven, Pa. She was the wife of the late Frank Cutola who passed away February 14, 2013. Born in Brooklyn, NY on September 18, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Joseph & Anne (Jones) Gomez. Prior to retirement, she worked as a self employed  Artist. Jodee was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Jim Thorpe, Pa. In her spare time, she enjoyed bowling and was an avid Poker player. She enjoyed spending time with her many friends and participating in the many activities at The Lehighton Senior Center. She was the recipient of many medals for her participation in the Carbon County Senior Games. Surviving is a daughter, Lois A., wife of Albert Lombardo of Lehighton, 3 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Charlotte Perrieia, & a brother, Edmund J. Gomez.  Prayers will be held on Tuesday, September 25th at 9:15 a.m. at The Ovsak FH, 190 S. 4th St., Lehighton followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 180 West Broadway, Jim Thorpe, Pa. with the Reverend James J. Ward officiating. Call 8-9:15 a.m. Tuesday Sept 25th at the funeral home. Interment in Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery following the Mass.
