Donna M. (Hartranft) Smith

Donna M. Smith, 63, of Jamestown, Pa., passed into eternal rest on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at The Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, Cedar Crest. She was the companion of Joseph M. Tessitore. Born in Lehighton, she was a daughter of the late Clarence & Elaine (Hibbler) Hartranft. Donna was a bus driver for the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit for over 25 years, and previously was employed in the garment industry at Indigo Jeans. She was of the Lutheran Faith. Surviving in addition to her companion Joe are 2  sisters, Deb, wife of Dennis Ruch of Jamestown,  Maren, wife of John Kuhan of Blairstown, New Jersey, 2 brothers, David “Crockett” Hartranft & his wife Diane, Dennis “Chumpy” Hartranft & his wife Eunice of Lehighton, a son, Joel Smith & his wife Nicki of Kunkletown, 1 granddaughter, Mackenzie Smith, & 2 twin grandsons, Ty & Trevin Green. She was predeceased by a brother, Gary Hartranft. Funeral Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
