Mrs. Marilyn D. (Heffelfinger) Fredericks

Mrs. Marilyn D. Fredericks, 69, of Lehighton, Pa. passed away Thursday, Feb. 1st at The Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, Cedar Crest. She was the wife of the late John H. Fredericks who died on June 6, 2014. Born in Weissport, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Woodrow & Mildred (Moulthrop) Heffelfinger. Marilyn retired in October of 2017 as a supervisor of the circulation department at the Times News Publications. She previously worked for many years in the garment industry in the local area. She was of the Lutheran Faith. Marilyn loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Surviving is a daughter, Megan D. wife of Jeff Repsher Jr. of Lehighton, 2 sons, Todd J. Fredericks & his wife Sally of Lehighton, Christopher J. Fredericks & his wife Jessyca of Palmerton, 4 sisters, Darlene Graver, Sherry, wife of Terry Youse, Debbie, wife of Barry Snyder, Patty, wife of Pete Hnatow, a brother, Gerald Heffelfinger & his wife Beatrice, all of Lehighton, 5 grandchildren, Christopher T., Abigail M., Emma J., Lily May, Emmett J., nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by 2 sisters, Elaine Bowman & Audrey Breiner. A Celebration Of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 6th at 11 a.m. at The Ovsak FH, 190 S. 4th St., Lehighton with the Reverend Anthony P. Pagotto officiating. Call 9-11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6th. Interment in Franklin Heights Memorial Park, East Weissport, Pa.
