April Renee Rehrig

April Renee Rehrig, 31, of Lehighton passed away, Monday March 27th at her residence. Born in Lehighton, she was the daughter of  Cheryl Miller of Lehighton & Todd Rehrig of Lehighton. April was a graduate of Lehighton Area High School Class of 2003. She furthered her education at Lehigh County Community College receiving her Associates Degree in Business Management in 2005. She was currently employed at Neff’s Union Church pre-School as a teacher’s aide. She was a member of Blue Mountain Community Church Palmerton, Pa.  She loved spending time with her daughter Madelyn and her family. Surviving in addition to her parents is a daughter, Madelyn Minnich of Lehighton, 2 sisters, Karly Rehrig of Wisconsin, Kayla Ahner of Palmerton, a brother, Chris Ahner  & his wife Rachael of Palmerton, maternal grandmother, Sally Rehrig of Lehighton, Paternal grandparents, Andrew & Sharon Hottenstein of Lehighton, Aunts, Uncles & many cousins & friends. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 31st at 3 p.m. at The Ovsak Funeral Home, 190 South 4th St., Lehighton with the Reverend Douglas D. Evans officiating. Call 2-3 p.m. Interment private at the convenience of the family.
